Spring break took us to Niagra Falls.  The nine hour drive was much shorter then the Florida trip.  After six hours of driving we made it to the border.  We crossed around 10:30 pm.  on a Friday night.  No one there but us.  Showed our passports and paid the $3 bridge toll.  We then stayed at a Holiday Inn at the border.

The next morning it was time for breakfast. We found a Tim Horton by no mistake.  It is their version of Dunkin Donuts.  Later I find out that Tim Horton was a Canadian Hockey Player and that His food chain is the largest in Canada beating out McDonald's.

Three hours later we are at Niagra Falls.  We had three nice days of 70 degree temperatures.  It was off season so most of the main attractions, like the boat rides, weren't yet operational.  We still managed to have a nice time and the kids called the hotel room the best ever.  From our window we were able to see both the Canada and USA side of the falls.

It was nice to leave the country but it actually felt like USA North.  Everything is in English and everyone also speaks English.  The only thing different is the money.  One ironic part of the money is that they don't use pennies but the register will charge you in pennies then they just round it down to the nickle since they don't use the pennies.

We didn't get a chance to take many pictures.  Here are a couple of pictures.  A couple pictures were actually taken from the best hotel room ever.
