We have switched from Summer time to School time.  We have tripled our living and unfortunately my cleaning space has tripled too.  The kids have adjusted well to their new surroundings.  Yung is the only that has suffered from the move.  He now has his own bed and room.  Getting him to sleep there is a challenge.  Mommy puts him to sleep in his room only to have him wake up 3 or 4 hours later saying I want Mommy.  He then crawls back into the bed with mommy and daddy and finishes the night there.  One day he will stop crawling into the bed with us at night.  Until then, I don't mind him crawling back to us in the middle of the night.

Emma and Annya have started to take violin classes.  Emma has too much patience and Annya has very little patience.  Emma is also still taking electric guitar lessons.  I believe she likes the guitar a bit more than the violin.  I told Mommy that I have yet to see anyone play both the guitar and violin at the same time and recommended that one instrument per child wouldn't be a bad policy.

Summer is nearly gone, the kids are back to school again. In fact, they have never been out of school. They have just been in and out of different schools (out of Hawthrone, in Wonder, then out of Wonder then in Hawthorne.

Life did not stop or suck (will maybe a little for me) while I stopped blogging. Louis did successfully close 2 deals: selling our little much crowded small condo and bought a 3-story town home.

Yes, we have moved!

The new house is a delight. Louis and I searched all deals on lights, paintings. Louis painted every inch of the house. The kids and I put our heads together searching for refrigerator magnets, bathroom wall stickers, wall clocks.

And, we never fail to brag about our apple tree located in our farm house. Three years ago, Louis and I spent 14 dollars on a bare apple branch. Now, the apple tree is the mother tree of hundreds of shiny red apples. And the best part of it, the apples even taste good.

We left Mommy at home and celebrated Father's Day without anyone that could say no to us.  First decision was lunch.  Kids where do you want to go?  Annya and Yung love McDonald's with a play land.  We ate at McDonald's, which Mom hates, then we went to the show and saw Epic.  The movie was nice but it seems the story line is used too often.  You basically have good guys and bad guys.  Bad guys try to destroy the jungle and of course the good guys win and save the jungle.

After the movie we did a little grocery shopping and of course, treats for the kids.  Yung picked a kitkat and Annya wanted gum.  Emma told Annya no, because Mommy doesn't like gum.  I then told Emma if that is what she wants, let her have it, besides Mommy isn't here.  Emma being Emma didn't want anything.  We then ended the night with pizza and chicken nuggets.

The kids had great gifts for me.  Emma made a nice card with a gift bag with a can of root beer, "pop" corn and a piece of chocolate.  Emma yelled at Yung when he drank some root beer.  Had to tell her that root beer is actually soda.  Annya also made a nice card and a special letter.  Yung made a key chain and gave me a framed picture of himself.

Anyone who tells you that raising three kids is easy are lying to you.  Each child is unique and have their own beliefs how things should be done.  But when you have a nice time like we did, the frustrations of kids growing up are forgotten.  Hopefully everyone enjoyed Father's Day like we did.

Annya is adamant about having a party, more adamantly, about having me not asking people not bring her presents. The essence of a party to her lies within the presents.

With a daughter like Annya, I cannot see other way. So we threw a party or rather a few hundreds of dollars on her behalf.

Thankfully, all went well. And I was happy meeting all the parents and little kids that I have never met. So I guess, a birthday party is not a very bad thing.

An added benefit is that Annya has to write 20 plus thank-you cards, which she was not very happy to do, yet I was adamant for her doing it properly.

Emma, I never want to get married.  Don't say that Annya, someday you might fall in love with someone.  Besides Mommy says that husbands are good to have.
Emma why are husbands good to have?  Husbands can change diapers.  Also if you get married you can have more babies.

Emma volunteered to cut the birthday cake for her favorite brother.  The cake was Chinese and American made.  Mommy had the Chinese influence and Emma & Annya added the American style.  The chocolate cake was moist and covered with M&M's.

It seems like yesterday we were waiting for him to start walking and talking.  Yung has now become a master of begging.  Daddy, can I have a piece of candy?  Please Daddy?  How can someone that young know that "please Daddy" be such strong words?  I can't say no to please Daddy, so I make Mommy the bad person.  I don't know Mijo, go ask your mother.

Happy Birthday Mijo, may you have many more Birthday's and I hope your dreams and wishes come true!

Love Dad.

We have some rare snow today, the kids missed no chance to taste some snow.
Yung really loved his apple juice. Plus he was eager to hit the ground and play.
Yung and Annya loved to play at the play structure at McDonald.
Plus. Emma is more and more an aspiring photographer.
